Our mission is to mentor fatherless and underserved young men in the name of Jesus.
Our goal is to honor God in every aspect of our lives, setting an example of leadership and Godly manhood for the youth that we mentor while enjoying the great outdoors and challenging each other to develop practical life skills.
Trailblazer Ministries seeks to come alongside single mothers raising teenage sons in Houston, TX, by providing discipleship and mentorship for middleschool and highschool aged boys. We use outdoor and life skill activities as an avenue to build relationships with students. Once relationships are formed, students that are ready are matched with disciplers and/or mentors to be challenged to grow in their relationship with God and develop practical life skills.
We plan monthly activities such as hiking, fishing, beach days, BBQs, sports and quarterly events like our annual bootcamp, annual hiking trip, fall retreat, and Christmas celebration. Each activity and event planned is a purposeful opportunity to forge and strengthen relationships with students.
Trailblazer Ministries is led by a diverse group of Christian men from a broad range of backgrounds representing multiple churches in the Houston Area. Each board member has a passion for ministering to fatherless and underserved teenage boys.
